When your organization signs up for Doodle Enterprise, every person in your organization gets access to core scheduling capabilities immediately. No per-user counting, no additional seat costs for foundational use.

Enterprise Seats for power users
Enterprise Seats are reserved for users with high-volume or complex scheduling needs. Each plan tier includes a pool of these seats, which your subscription admin can assign to the right people.

Scaling with Flex Seats
When your organization's advanced usage grows beyond the included pool of Enterprise Seats, Flex Seats let you expand without renegotiating your contract.

Deploy broadly: Roll Doodle out to your entire organization. Core capabilities are covered for everyone with no seat counting.
Activate Enterprise Seats: Your IT admin provisions the included pool of Enterprise Seats for users who need advanced features like Round Robin routing, Sign-Up Sheets, delegation, and advanced Protect rules.
Add Flex Seats on demand: When adoption grows beyond the included pool, IT admins can approve and activate additional Flex Seats. These are billed monthly at a flat rate, with no contract renegotiation required.
Flex Seats are only added through admin-approved provisioning, so any additional paid usage stays controlled and visible to your admin team.
Optional add-on modules
Beyond the core platform and Enterprise Seats, optional modules can be added to tailor your deployment further. These are priced separately and are not tied to individual seat counts.
