How do I favorite a booking page?
Marking a booking page as a favorite pins it to your home page and saves it to your favorites tab, making it easy to find and share.
Locate the tile for the Booking Page you want to favorite on your dashboard
Click the star icon on the tile to highlight it yellow
Your Booking Page will now appear in your favorites filter.
To access the edit, disable/re-enable, duplicate, and delete functions
All booking page management options are available from a single menu on your dashboard.
Locate the tile for the booking page you want to manage
Click the three dot menu on the tile
Select the action you want from the dropdown menu:
Edit - open the booking page editor
View- preview of the booking page
Duplicate - create a copy of the booking page
Archive- disable the booking page link and store it in your archive folder
Delete - permanently remove the booking page
Disabling and re-enabling a booking page
Disabling your booking page stops it from accepting new bookings - useful when you're on holiday, fully booked, or want to pause availability temporarily. Any meetings already scheduled will not be affected.
To disable a Booking Page:
Toggle the 'enabled' button on the booking page tile you want to disable
Your booking page tile will appear shaded grey to indicate it is disabled.
Note: When someone clicks the link to a disabled booking page, they will see a message letting them know the page is currently unavailable.

Editing an existing booking page
You can update any setting on an existing booking page - including event duration, availability, custom invite fields, and more.
To edit a booking page:
Click the three dot menu on the booking page tile you want to edit
Select 'Edit'
Make your changes in the editor
Click 'Save'
Note: Any meetings already booked through the booking page before you made changes will not be updated to reflect the new settings.
Best practices for sharing your booking pages
Now that you have created and tuned up your booking pages, all that is left to do is share them with your audience!
When you create your booking page, you are provided a unique link that connects your audience to your calendar. Here are three ideas for how to get your link to the right people, plus one very important reminder:
Email: Hyperlink your booking page(s) to your email signature.
Slack: Don't have time for a huddle right now? Streamline how you schedule ad hoc meetings with colleagues by adding your booking pages to your Slack profile:
Website: Add your booking page link to your landing page, contact page - anywhere!

Tips
Disable, don't delete. If you only need a temporary break from bookings, disable the booking page rather than deleting it. This keeps all your settings intact so you can re-enable it later.
Star your most-used pages. Favoriting a booking page keeps it visible on your home page so you can quickly copy its link or check upcoming bookings.
Duplicating saves time. Use the duplicate option to create a new booking page based on an existing one - great for creating variations with different meeting lengths or availability windows.
