How do I renew my Doodle subscription?

Effortlessly renew your Doodle subscription with our automated process. Monthly or yearly, it's all taken care of for you.

Written by Kimberly Ford

Your Doodle subscription is set to auto-renew by default. Team subscriptions are also set to auto-renew by default.

  • If you have a monthly subscription, the subscription will renew automatically every month on the same date

  • If you have a yearly subscription, the subscription will renew automatically every year on the same date

Please note: you will be notified by email seven days before your renewal date. The renewal reminder email is sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not see the reminder email, check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.

How to deactivate your auto-renewal

You can turn off the auto-renewal option at any time in the 'billing' section of your account settings.

To deactivate auto-renewal:

  1. Open your account settings

  2. Click 'Billing'

  3. Click 'Cancel subscription'

  4. Confirm your selection by clicking 'Cancel subscription' in the popup window

Your auto-renewal is now turned off. You will still have access to your paid Doodle account through your paid term. Be sure to complete the cancellation process before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

How to reactivate your auto-renewal

If you have turned off auto-renew and wish to continue with your paid Doodle subscription, you can always reinstate auto-renewal.

To reactivate auto-renewal:

  1. Open your account settings

  2. Click 'Billing'

  3. Click 'Auto-renew subscription'

Billing Receipts and Invoices

After purchasing a subscription, Doodle sends a confirmation email containing your invoice to the email address on file. Additionally, all invoices can be accessed directly within your account settings for easy reference.

Troubleshooting Missed Notifications

If you did not receive a renewal reminder email, it is possible that it was filtered into your spam or junk folder. To avoid missing important notifications in the future, consider adding Doodle’s email address to your safe sender list.
